Moe Khoee, owner of Signature Landscaping, responded within the hour of my call and asked me to send him some pictures. Communications thereafter to and from Signature Landscaping occurred smoothly and rapidly from the efficient Office Manager, Beth, who arranged a meeting with Arshee, Chief Landscape Architect for the company. Arshee turned out to be the perfect individual to work with us to fulfill our requests. He was professional and friendly in his approach, spent substantial time to carefully listen to our plans, agreed to do his best and comply with our schedule. After discussing all the details and answering all our questions to our satisfaction we felt very comfortable to have him do the job. He also brought up some good ideas and assigned the perfect crew for us. Furthermore, he remained faithful to the negotiated contract and never asked for payment until each phase was done. Arshee also kept on top of every aspect of the job (needless to say so did I). He responded to questions during the project without hesitation. We would also like to compliment Arshee’s Project Manager, Pepe, and his courteous assistant. It was indeed a real pleasure to work with all of them. I asked them whether I could take videos and or snap pictures of their painstaking work to share with our close friends and they agreed. Both our family and friends loved the transformation from a weed infested lawn area to a gorgeous weed, dirt free and water saving orchard area of our backyard. To our true delight, we were fortunate to find exactly what we had sought and Signature Landscaping fulfilled our wishes. The Company is at the higher end of the cost we incurred. HOWEVER, Arshee and his crew DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT THEY PROMISED, were very attentive, went the extra mile with a smile, which was far more important to us! Of course, we will discuss future projects and maintenance with Arshee. My husband and can recommend Signature Landscaping without hesitation."
