"We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. "My daughter got me a couple of hours with Tamah for Christmas. After my session I sent my daughter this email: ---------------------- Tamah Vega and I made great inroads into my garage, carrying all of the boxes of books from there to my dining room. We also filled 2 garbage cans with discarded stuff. And then we culled 4 boxes of books from my bookcases replacing them with books from some of the carried-in boxes. We also did some sorting books into types. Normally 2 contracted hours would buy 2 hours of her and a helper's time but she offered 4 hours of her alone the day after I contacted her because her assistant wasn't available. We worked well together and in fact when we got to the boxed books she dollied 2 boxes at a time into the house while I pulled them out for access.
