I've recently moved into a much smaller space and found that I was fresh out of storage ideas and still had more things to find room for. Joan was right on time, very nice with great energy. She really cared about my needs and asked lots of pertinent questions as opposed to just telling me what I needed. She was bursting with great ideas and I can't wait to get started implementing her suggestions!
