Second, Tony, his father, (second generation) came to install it. Very professional, very friendly and very generous individual. For a couple of hundred dollars - it is well worth it. I called the manager of Penguin Fireplaces and he was very understanding. I had my crystal insert in no time. I am very happy with the end result."

Nasir explained each step of the way and let me know when he’d be up on the roof and inside to clean out the stove ( this was a chimney cleaning job ) .
