Inverter was not working properly and they kept after it till they found the problem and then replaced the inverter. Also had a Generac installed and they kept after it until it was right.

The process was effortless for us. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, we could not be happier. We have a Spanish Tile roof and I was concerned about workers being on it. Cal Paso has a licensed roofer do the bracket installation on the roof. They then had licensed carpenters to do the framework for the panels and the project was wrapped up by licensed electricians. We have not had an electrical bill since the month of installation! Cal Paso also monitors our system and if they notice any issues, we are contacted immediately. The only issue that we have had is when our internet goes down and they have had to come out and reset the internet connection.

Jim Shepard, at Cal Paso Solar, had installed our original Solar System. When we added a central air conditioning system, we needed to add additional panels in order to cover the higher electrical demand. We had been so happy with the original installation that we called Jim again. He did not disappoint.

They also set up a system that lets us monitor each panel's production level from our personal computers. We couldn't be happier with the results! Jim Shepard is honest, professional and trust worthy. He can also tell you about any government rebates that may be available to you. When we installed a central air conditioning system, we had Jim come out to let us know, how many additional panels we would need to cover the increased energy consumption. Since we installed Solar, we don't dread opening our electricity bill anymore. We usually produce more energy that we use.
