We went over our initial budget, partly because some electrical problems from an earlier renovation arose that needed repairing, and partly because we added a number of bells and whistles after the initial estimate. But for example, the custom maple cabinetry cost far less than we were quoted elsewhere and included a lot of special touches, such as an appliance garage, a cutlery drawer, and a pull-out, multi-shelf spice drawer. 
At each step in the process, Kevin kept us apprised of costs and got our approval before any work was done. "Originally they were very good they just never come back and taken care of any of the other work, they were good at the very beginning, they were on top of every thing at the very beginning but after they did the initial work and they needed to come back an did touch ups they never come back and done anything more, I can't get them to come back and do anything more.

They are way over priced compare to what they should be and I didn't realize it at the time but when I found out afterwards it was too late."
