Jonathan immediately diagnosed a different (and correct) problem with our kitchen faucet than I expected. It took longer to fix than I had anticipated (because it was more complex), and yet that didn't add to the bill. (However, in appreciation, we gave him a generous tip!) He had the right tools for the job, was friendly, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterward. We couldn't be happier.
