"The sales rep, Bryan, went above and beyond to answer all my zillion questions and concerns. He was responsive, knowledgeable and shared his expertise in not only insulation, but all in LED canned lights and dimmers. He was amazing and I would only ask for him again. The installers were good too, letting me climb the ladder and look at the work, cleaning out the old insulation and advising me they found no termites or rodent droppings.
