They sub contract with carpet cleaners in the area. The person they sent to our house was a bit impatient thinking I was not going to pay them because they finished a 1/2 hour early and I was on my way home. But I was satisified with the work they did and they did apologize.
THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY SENT OUT TWO MEMBERS OF THEIR STAFF WHO WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY THOROUGH JOB. THEY WERE WILLING TO DO ADDITIONAL CLEANING AS REQUESTED AND DID NOT CHARGE ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR THEIR WORK.
