I started Santa Clarita Mold Inspection after my family went through a costly remediation that proved to be unnecessary. That is why our company’s focus is solely on mold testing and air quality — never remediation. My goal is to help as many people as possible get honest answers about their air quality. We are a family owned business and we enjoy what we do. Every home I step into, I treat like my own, every time.

Nick and his wife were amazing. They were on time, very professional, and gave us detailed information along the way. They explained the process and even gave us a breakdown of the lab results that were clear and easy to understand in addition to the full lab report. They were very respectful of our home and even wore booties when I told them that it wasn’t necessary. The price they charged us was at least half the amount we were quoted by other companies.

I found some mold in my house and was super concerned about the health of my kid and my dogs. I spoke to Nick on the phone and I love that his focus was finding out if we were safe. Him and his wife came out and quickly tested the mold and the air in my house. They didnt just do some simple at home testing, they sent the tests out to a real lab and gave me the results when he got them back. He even gave me a simplified explanation of what it meant to give me peace of mind that my family was safe. He didnt try to sell me on a bunch of repairs that other companies were trying to push as soon as I called them. Thanks for helping me and my family!
