Dave was very courteous and  professional.  Detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.  He made suggestions and explained his rationale for any decisions made (i.e, location of sensors, etc.)-  making sure that you understood the choices made, resulting in more customer confidence in the finished product.  The best alarm installer/tech I've ever worked with.  Also, used him for some low voltage work.  Highly recommended.

The job went great. Dave is very conscience worker and a perfectionist. Our old security system was broken in a number of places.
Dave explained everything he did to make sure we understood how the system worked and what he did to correct the various problems with updating the old system with some new wiring and new parts. Dave is also a great guy who takes a personal interest in the work he does. I highly recommend Dave, he really knows his business. He is also the business owner.

Dave, the owner of the company was very professional. I called him to fix my intercom system which is a very old system and once he has seen the unit, he knew exactly the problem. He gave me 2 options to fix it and he fixed it in a very professional way. He is honest, so accurate and very helpful. He has a long experience in alarm systems too. I would recommend him to anyone in future.

We had to have our 20 year old intercom system up-graded and I wanted to add camera surveillance. We chose Pacific Shield Alarms owner/operator Dave Sanchez. Dave came to the house and reviewed our old system, made some recommendations and submitted a bid on Music and Sound intercom equipment and a Honeywell camera. Dave was professional, clean, neat and wore botties when in the house without being asked. Dave was very respectful of our property and paid great attention to detail during the installation. As an example of taking extra time to do a job right, he came across a 12" stud that had to be cut for the new master station. He spent an extra half an hour drilling, sawing, and chiseling this stud so that he would not cut through the back wall creating the need for patch work. Most other contractors would have taken the easy way out and just sawed through the stud to save time. It is always a great pleasure to be able to highly recommend a contractor that does such quality work. Dave does Alarm Systems, Intercoms, Camera Surveillance and Home Entertainment Systems. You will enjoy working with Dave who is a very easy guy to get along with. In addition to all the good work Dave completed, we are having some kitchen work done that will require the master station to be removed. Dave said no problem, when we are ready he will come back out and remove the master station then come back when we are ready to have the master station reconnected again. I doubt any other contractor would do that without asking for extra money. Do yourself a favor and call Dave when you have any type of system that requires wiring.
