Josh and his team transformed our home entertainment system into a seemingly wireless, now singular remote high functioning master work. All the elements that cluttered our living area are now housed in one small closet. The great news is their follow through. This system is able to be updated remotely and Josh is always available for service if needed. They have very high standards both for the equipment they install and maintain. However, Josh was very professional in handling this and keeping me in the loop each step of the way. He answers his phone on the first ring and is always ready to help or answer any questions, even after the project is complete. When a tricky problem presents itself he takes responsibility and perseveres until it is solved,
