"I hired Perez Painting to paint the interior of my rental unit (condo). They did a great job and the pricing was fair. Everyone from the painters (Jorge and Marco) to the secretary (Hillary) was helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating to my schedule which was really helpful since I live 45 minutes away from the unit. I even felt safe enough to leave them with a set of keys to the unit since I couldn’t be there to let them in each day. Lastly, they finished a day ahead of schedule and my rental looks amazing!! Think hard before deciding to German schmear your home’s exterior brickwork. If you do not like the look, you are pretty much stuck with it, as it is impossible to remove this finish the way you can remove paint.
