"The team I worked with at BAU was great. I hired them to repair some minor vertical and horizontal foundation cracks that were found in a recent general home inspection. Everyone who came out was upbeat, professional, punctual, thorough, and highly detailed. Hunter came out first to check the entire foundation and give a free estimate. They then split the work up into two dates, and each crew was great. Michael and James came out first for the initial round, and then Alexander and Gabe came out to wrap up the last few areas. They responded to our text right away, came out, looked at the tree with us, walked through the needs to make sure we were both on the same page with how much to cut off and how the tree would grow, gave us an estimate, and scheduled with us to come back to get the work done.
