"We hired Elite to replace our old driveway, sidewalk and walkway. They were prompt and efficient from the initial appointment to the final work. The driveway is beautiful. "Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

"This was basically a demolition project. I had to have a 75 year old concrete circular retaining wall buried in the center of my asphalt driveway that had to be removed so that we could plant an oak tree. The wall was approximately 25 feet in circumference, 4 feet high and the concrete at least 3 inches thick. The bottom foot and half of the wall was covered with earth that had to be dug out by hand. Jose accomplished this extremely difficult job in a day and a half working right along side his helpers. He was able break up and haul away the concrete and did a great job cleaning up the site. He is courteous, professional and his rates are extremely fair. I would definitely recommend him for any job."
