"Alex fixed my door fast and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and is very pleasant to work with. He arrived to the job site on time and ready to go. "Took care of the electrical issue"

"Bob is great to work with. He communicates clearly, sets expectations for timing and costs and regularly exceeds those expectations. He is a joy to work with. I picked deck installation which he did, but he also replaced doors and windows, repaired cinderblocks, got us a new roof, and did landscaping work and other jobs at our house in Dillon Beach. I highly recommend Bob and Precedent Construction."

"He got hired to do some painting and some wall repairs inside of the house. He’s an easy person to work with. I highly recommended to any small or big jobs."
