"OVERALL IMPRESSION. Shaun and his crew did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire them again. PROFESSIONALISM. Each day of the job, the crew showed up on time, prepped the work area by putting down drop cloths, plastic, etc. At the end of the day, even when they were coming back first thing the next morning, they picked up all their drop cloths, straightened out the work area, and even vacuumed the hallway. Shaun did much of the work himself and even when he wasn't he came by the job almost every day. His professionalism started before the job. He came by to talk to me about what we wanted done one afternoon and I had a written estimate in my email inbox that evening. Of course, ultimately the proof is in the pudding and I must say that the new bathroom looks great! As I look at everything more closely, I keep finding little touches that I appreciate. For example, when they replaced the floor tile with stone, they ran a narrow strip of stone up onto the toe-kick of the vanity. They could have just as easily butted the floor stone up against the toe-kick and left it at that (you wouldn't even see if if you didn't look for it), but it's a nice detail that looks great and will add to the life of the floor and the vanity."
