"Ultimately happy with the end result and fair price for our 30ft sewer lateral replacement. Miguel was professional, friendly, and hardworking. However, communication was a bit spotty and we had follow up many times (I understand this is the busy season, though). Also, it was unclear if we were supposed to call 811; we assumed he would, but didn't, and this was an issue as the water line was hit during construction and the city had to come to shut it off on the whole street. It was handled quickly, but would have been avoidable. The project ended up taking much more time than expected, but it was completed in a day, as promised. I would recommend him, but you should be diligent and responsible yourself to make sure all the right steps are being taken."

"Julian and crew are fantastic and are perfectionists. They do the job right and more which is rare. I had them install a colored cement pad and a 12 x 14 gazebo on the pad. .All was done to perfection. Normally I am nervous when I have contract work done however this company made me so relaxed. "This was basically a demolition project. I had to have a 75 year old concrete circular retaining wall buried in the center of my asphalt driveway that had to be removed so that we could plant an oak tree. The wall was approximately 25 feet in circumference, 4 feet high and the concrete at least 3 inches thick. The bottom foot and half of the wall was covered with earth that had to be dug out by hand. Jose accomplished this extremely difficult job in a day and a half working right along side his helpers. He was able break up and haul away the concrete and did a great job cleaning up the site. He is courteous, professional and his rates are extremely fair. I would definitely recommend him for any job."
