He had two options of repair, one being much easier and less time consuming (i.e. Less expensive), which he tried first, and it worked! He was done in about 15 minutes, and although you pay a flat service fee I think it was absolutely worth every penny. He thoroughly explained why I had the leak, and what the problem was which was very professional, as well."
