Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."

"I have a lot of items that I store in the bathroom, and my bathroom that I had before the remodeling project had zero place for storing things, which meant that everything was either on the counter of the vanity or on the floor. It was a big cluttered mess. The bathroom I have now fixed all my storage issues: we put in new shelves and niches for all my cosmetics and shampoo bottles. And now I actually have space to move around! I have Tom and Lucas to thank for this. They did a great job not only with my master bathroom, but with the two others as well. I wanted a nice clean and white look with subway tiles. I know many people look down on subway tiles, so I was already expecting Tom and Lucas trying to talk me out of it. But they didn’t. They took my wishes to heart and executed them. Which was the case with all the decisions I made. If I was uncertain, they offered extremely helpful advice and suggestions, but they made sure that I was getting the bathroom that I wanted. "I initially talked to Build A Dream’s Nick & Sean about painting the exterior of my place, one thing led to another, and they also painted the interior. Turns out my almost 80 year old home on a hill also had foundation issues, which they took care of, and my crumbling retaining wall which held my back yard from joining my main structure, is now a strait structure that I have no worries from. The outside looks beautiful, so much so, that old friends have stopped by to say How beautiful it looks.
