When I went on Angi, Affordable Decks and Patio Covers reached out to me immediately and set up an appointment for that very week. Jen was very helpful and supportive. Her husband Dan came out and gave me advice and suggestions. He even called me later and we looked through websites together to get the best value for my money. Then they came out to do the installation of the gazebo. Sebastian and John were the installers and they were very professional and accommodating. The gazebo went up in no time and they explained things every step of the way. They also cleaned up my backyard better than it was before they got there. It was not my fault that you were 2 weeks late from completing the job and had to go back and readjust the retaining wall because your crewman built it crooked and you were upset because I wanted it done correctly so you and your crewman had to fix it and you still did not do it correctly. But I will say they are very polite until he received my money he did not want to complete the job my other electrical box was not installed he ignored my called and never answered and that was is but its okay... lesson learned: Never Give ALL The Money Until The Job Is Complete.
