This was my first time ever getting a kitchen remodeled, and I did not know how to go about it or even know where to start. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough, Richard and his team were professional and attentive. The small and outdated kitchen turned it into an open-concept, modern space. The cabinet quality is fantastic, and the attention to detail on the custom backsplash is wonderful. Richard managed the project from top to bottom and kept me informed and updated daily. He and the team were very respectful of the home and made sure that the house was locked up when he left. He offered his personal feedback on the color choices for the cabinets and the use of space. "I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."

Completely remodeled my master bathroom, including a 10 jet jacuzzi bath tub with an automatic heater to maintain bath water temperature. They also did an incredibly neat clean job of painting my entire home both inside and exterior, using top grade paints. Plus very reasonable prices too.
