Ben is very responsive, knowledgeable, and creative in stabilizing the lightweight and unstable aluminum pergola on my property. He also added a shade cover to the pergola on my request. He explained his proposed solutions in text messages and phone conversations. He went to the property, inspected and took photos, then drew what would be added to the structure. He completed the job on time in just a few days, including a custom-made material order. I am satisfied with his performance and good work, and also appreciate his reasonable price. From the conversation, I noticed that he has a broader scope of skills and knowledge than the pergola job. I would try his other skills for future jobs.

I hired Mr Patterson to remodel a 33 tear old bathroom and make it into a rolling shower with non slippery floors for my 95 year old mother. Ben Patterson went out of his way to acommodate our likes and needs. We had great communication, he understood what I needed done and I must say the end project was more beautiful than what I had expected. Kudos to this wonderful contractor and his crew!! I am extremely satisfied with the project and would hire him again for more projects around the house. I love our new bathroom and so dies my 95 year old mother!! BPP construction replaced all windows and sliding glass doors with double Paine low E glass. Completely remodeled my master bathroom, including a 10 jet jacuzzi bath tub with an automatic heater to maintain bath water temperature. They also did an incredibly neat clean job of painting my entire home both inside and exterior, using top grade paints. Plus very reasonable prices too. I myself have 50 plus years of construction experience and Quality, Efficiently and cleanness of BPP Construction is seldom seen, I 100% recommend BPP to others

I received a code violation, and the city was giving me a living hell. Once I met with Ben not only his professionalism stood out to me, but his passion to understand my situation, and go the extra mile to solve everything I needed was exceptional.
