"Batyr is more than a locksmith; he is a miracle worker. We have a very old, custom made front door with a doorknob that would not stay on. Several other locksmiths have attempted to fix it with no success. One locksmith in the past told us that the entire door would need to be replaced. Another said it was impossible to fix and refused to look at it. Batyr patiently took the doorknob assembly apart and crafted a solution.
