I paid $62000 to have my roofs repaired - not cheap for a disabled person. Hopefully, thei dropping the ball is not because Im disabled. They removed but did not properly reattach my ATT line to detached garage. Also, there was a fluke rainstorm about 1-1/2 weeks ago and i heard a dripping sound in / near chimney. I complained and Brent Eikanas their contact promised to have supervisor here to check leak TODAY between 10-11 am and anchor the ATT connection like it was before they removed it. They no-showed AGAIN. I had to remind them of other items they needed to do to finish/using my payment as leverage - removing the old gutter all the way - they had only half-way removed it. I have photos and next winter will have to video and record leak in/near fireplace. I had to start documenting because phone call is useless. The workers left nails and some trash too and on Cinco de Mayo, their last day here, they did two structures in 4 hours,

John was very friendly, very nice and very open. I knew spartan was the one as soon as I spoke with him. Plus the interest rate was very reasonable. And Amy in the office was so sweet, so helpful. I was nervous because progressive was going to cancel my insurance due to my old roof. I spent the whole day calling people and finally found spartan, Amy walked me through everytbing. Even the workers were sweethearts, Jose was my favorite.John was very friendly, very nice and very open. I knew spartan was the one as soon as I spoke with him. Joel came out to our home in Grass Valley personally to meet with my husband and I to discuss our solar options. He was patient with our many questions and willing to explain exactly what he had to offer. He realized as we chatted that we could qualify, not only for the normal government rebates, but an extra one due to medical necessity, as we store medications in our refrigerator for our son. We just signed and are excited to work with Joel and his team and our project. It is going to be awesome to save money each year on our power bills!

I recently moved up to Grass Valley and have started the process of going mostly off grid. I found Spartan with a little googling. At first I thought their prices might be on the higher side, as they looked more professional and had higher end products. But after I got quoted from a couple other guys Spartan came in very fair. Mike was a wealth of knowledge on the sales side and the internal office was super organized and kept me aware of everything. There was a slight hold up from the county but Madison filled me in and I was never at a loss for info. Final project installed and it looks great! Brian and his guys came out and weâ re done in two days once the ball got rolling. Time to start seeing the savings and not to be so reliant on PG&E. Overall Iâ m really happy and glad I chose this outfit over the rest.
