Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. He arrived to my home on-time and after a brief talk, went straight to work on inspecting my roof and presented me with the results, which he had taken photographs/video, and explained the actions he would take to correct the issues he found (the extent of the moss present, clogged gutters, and roof mounted vents).
