He returned a couple of days later when we were having an issue with our dishwasher (which is connected to our garbage disposal) and kindly replaced (at no cost) the tubing that connects the two. He arrived to my home on-time and after a brief talk, went straight to work on inspecting my roof and presented me with the results, which he had taken photographs/video, and explained the actions he would take to correct the issues he found (the extent of the moss present, clogged gutters, and roof mounted vents).
