Darryl called to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. He was very friendly and did a great job. Our house is not that old so it was our first time getting the chimney cleaned. he explained everything to us and even tightened the door on our fireplace so they closed better. Thank you so much for everything!

He arrived early for appointment which was great. Apparently, my chimney hadn't been cleaned in a long time, it was pretty bad (I just moved into new house about a month ago). He had to dump out his shop vac 3x. He didn't up-charge for his services though. He still charged me the holiday special and completed the job quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I have no complaints and would recommend him to anyone looking for a chimney sweep guy (pun intended).

One should make sure that they show their business card. I was really meaning to get the other guy. The other guy showed up after they had gone. I was even talking to this guy like he was the other guy but he never corrected me professionally as he should have. He was quick to show up. I would use them again because they are locally here in town.
