Urners is a terrible company that make false claims they claim to save you money only thing true about that statement is they will screw you over to save themselves and their company money they do not care about their costumers and will go to extreme lengths to get out of doing their jobs laziest company ever!!! I will never recommend them or give them any business ever again. My Whirlpool front loading washing machine one almost a year old and started showing an error code I had a warranty with Urners I called them to have someone come look at it. When I called and tried to get someone out to fix it they tried to tell me my warranty was no good I had even paid for the 5yr extended warranty as well when I called back and spoke to a different person they told me my warrant was good for another week then the phone disconnected when I called back again and told them what was going on and tried to get someone out they tried to schedule me outside my warrant they tried to schedule me 2 weeks out the date which was a week out and a few days and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was able to get someone out when he did show up he here for 10mins said he had to get a part and left its now been 2 weeks since the repair guy came and said he needed a part since then no calls no arranging of an appointment nothing. So in all its been almost a month, my washing still doesn't work and when I called they claimed it was dirty and the ticket was closed the day of the arrival of a tec. I said why did he tell me he needed a part and leave and never said anything they gave no answer. She gave me a phone number to a company they use to do repairs. This has been far the worst experience I have every had with a company will never use this crappy untrustworthy company save yourself the time, money, and headache and just go to a legit company. Don't waste your time and think your SAVING MONEY. Thanks a lot Urners what a JOKE!"
