"They did a pretty good job. They were a little bit expensive. They promised me that they would do a thorough cleaning of my fireplace and the fans. By the end of the day, it looked like the same as any other company. I called them and complained and they came over again and did the job for free. I don't think I would use them again, due to the price. It was over a year ago. I don't have an issue with them. I just think there are cheaper companies around that offer the same service. For the cost and what they did, for 89 dollars, I could have got somebody to do the same thing. The coupon was for a thorough clean."
" Mr. Joshua Brown is truly a professional handyman and an individual with strong character. He skillfully and quickly hung all my paintings and mirrors the following day and had finished with the first coat of paint in the master bedroom when he decided to take a look at my brand new dryer that wasn't working. I had a feeling that the person that had installed it for me had not done it properly. Mr. Brown, tried several different scenarios that all led to the fact that the dryer was working properly--it was heating up the clothes but they were still wet. Mr. Brown had the thought to go outside to the vent to feel the stream of air that the dryer should have been pushing out. That's when Mr. Brown realized that no air was being pushed out by the dryer--he realized that there had to be something blocking the air flow to the outside which was why the clothes were heating up but the humidity had no where to go so the clothes stayed damp. Mr Brown cleverly took a coat hanger and straightened it out and pushed it as far as he could down the tube that leads from the dryer to the wall, through the garage and to the outside--and pulled out a watermelon sized ball of NASTY lint, hair, dust, etc that had been stuck there for at least 10 years! Like I said, I have just moved in to this place and was horrified by what he discovered and then relieved when he told me that if he had not detected this, not only would the dryer continue to not work but it was just a matter of time before I had a house fire. The tightly packed pile of lint, dust, etc is HIGHLY FLAMMABLE and I believe that Mr. Joshua Brown saved my life that day. What I would like to say about Mr. Brown is that he doesn't give up when his first attempt at fixing something doesn't work. He is tenacious and diligent and takes pride in his work. His skills cross many disciplines from painting to appliances to construction. One additional skill that he possesses which is hard to find, is that he is a visualizer. I have several ideas for future projects and he was able to visualize my project and make recommendations and suggestions based on what I described. I liked that I could kind of give him the overarching idea of what I wanted to do and he could tell me the exact steps to take to get me there. I enjoyed his happy disposition and was very comfortable continuing on with my daily routines at the house while he was there. I highly recommend Mr. Joshua Brown and will be using his services again myself very soon. "

"Mike and helper nice people but work was not professional and had I not been there the cabinet hardware would have been installed incorrectly. Mike did not communicate well with helper so mistakes were made until Mike would do the task himself. They did not like me present while they were working but after the first mistakes I didn’t feel comfortable leaving. I didn’t have them finish the cabinets because they were complaining about having to do cabinets and how difficult it is on older ones."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts
Once you remove all standing water and puddling, you should run fans for 24 to 48 hours to remove the remaining moisture. For severe water damage, it’s a good idea to run them for three to four days to be safe. Make sure you buy or rent the proper size and number of fans for your water-damaged area.
The square footage of your room will dictate the correct ceiling fan blade size. For example:
Rooms smaller than 75 square feet require a fan that is 29 to 36 inches.
Rooms up to 175 square feet require 42- to 48-inch fans.
Rooms up to 350 square feet require 52- to 56-inch fans.
Expansive spaces over 350 square feet need a fan larger than 60 inches.
Yes, you can run an attic fan with the AC on. In fact, you don’t have a choice with a passive attic fan. Plus, when an attic fan draws out hot air from the attic, it helps regulate the temperature of your whole home, so your AC doesn't have to work as hard.
The lifespan of an attic fan depends on the type. Passive fans can last 40 to 50 years, while electric and solar models typically last 10 to 15 years. You can extend the life of your fan with regular maintenance, such as cleaning the fan blades and shutters and checking for moisture. For professional service, you can consult a local attic fan installer or have an HVAC technician clean, oil, and inspect the unit for potential issues.
Regularly clean fan grilles, check for dust buildup, and ensure proper venting to prevent mold growth.
