In our home, they missed a leaking condensation line during the service that eventually led to water damage in two neighboring rooms (the water went into the walls and underneath the floors) and thousands of dollars in damage. In our business, they keep changing what is wrong with the unit and coming up with temporary fixes, all the while charging us more and more."
