"It when very well. Marcus told us that his main experience was in repair jobs such as this. We were quite concerned that additional tile would be damaged  in performing the repair. This was a concern because this tile is no longer manufactured  and we only had a small amount left over from the initial job.  Marcus was very careful and replaced the damaged tile in a very professional manner for the amount quoted and in the time projected."

"George laid out what needed to be done and how he'd do it when he came to bid the work and was also willing to complete some of the half-finished work done by a previous, unexperienced contractor. He didn't try to creep the scope during the course of the work and understood our financial constraints. When we found the need to make a few changes, we negotiated a fair price for a few small add-ons. When the wall repair was much more involved than initially estimated, he brought it up but didn't demand reimbursement. I offered compensation based on what we agreed was fair but didn't feel pressured. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves given how messy leveling floors, cutting tile, and grouting seem to be. My only suggestion would be to work with George on every detail beforehand as I had made some assumptions about aesthetics that may not have been particularly conventional but hadn't communicated them to George. Showing images of how you'd want something to look when it's done will go far in insuring you get what you're after. That having been said I was given some good advice from Felipe on what the height of the kitchen backsplashes should be in our particular case, and from George on which grout would be best suited for our floors and have no regrets having followed those suggestions. In our case, we supplied most of the materials as per George's recommendations. If you want your project to move as quickly as possible, I'd suggest making a list with George of what materials you'll need, what you'll be picking up and what he'll be picking up, and having everything ready on the first day because they waste no time in getting the work done. In short, both George and his colleague, Felipe, work very efficiently with a high level of craftsmanship and I'll hire them again the next time I need tile work done."

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

Really appreciated that they kept an open dialog about things and how we liked them. Did not waste any time nor did they chit chat with each other until the very end. They coordinated well with each other, could hear "you do this and I will do that" which makes for great teamwork and faster finish. Awesome company and very personable staff."

"We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Cielo construction. We met with Simon and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really care about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. "We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. "Very well, in fact great. BGB did a fantastic job with the remodel. Considering we were in the middle of a pandemic, Nir and his team went out of their way to get us done because they knew we were living out of our garage. The finishes were exactly what we asked for, and when we found a discrepancy, Nir made sure it got corrected to our liking. BGB is a company that worries about customer satisfaction and quality, rare these days. Some members of Nir’s team worth calling out are Ami the plumber and Max the Drywaller. Both are exceptional tradesmen. Nir’s flooring subcontractor also did a fantastic job. He came back out to finish the door transitions which was a very small job for him to drive from L.A. to Orange. Nir dealt with our scope creep very well, what started out as a kitchen remodel then included a wall removal, opening our family room to our dining room and flooring almost all of our house. His prices are fair and his management of the overall project was very effective. I would hire Be Green Builders again in a heartbeat. In fact we have a master bath upgrade on our list of projects and I will be calling Nir and Be Green Builders first."
