The other was our master bathroom shower that needed a few tiles replaced and grout cleaned/repaired. We thought that the shower would need to be totally replaced but Aaron is amazing and was able to replace the tiles and it looks awesome. He does his own work, punctual, and his work is AMAZING. The price for both bathrooms was below our budget which made us very happy."

He was realistic in terms of stains on my Thassos marble floors and white marble countertop in the one bathroom and carrera marble counter top in another bathrooms. He gave me a great price and for just a little extra offered to clean the downstairs marble ebtry and travertine throughout the kitchen. I agreed. I was competely impressed with the outcome. "After wour father passed away in January, we decided to keep his home and prepare it for a rental.  As we needed new carpeting and window coverings throughout, we contacted several companies for bids one carpeting and for mini-blinds.
After reviewing Angie's List, we walked into Felikian's on a Saturday morning.  We were immediately greeted by Andre, the manager.  He listened as we explained our situation and then offered to show us samples.  He did not try to up-sell us but rather explained what he thought best for a quality rental property.
We made arrangements for Andre to visit the property to measure the floor and windows.  He called a couple days later and gave us the estimate for carpeting and then mini-blinds.  We returned to see him the following Saturday and paid for the work.  Although I had my Angie's List ad for Felikians, offering no sales tax, in my briefcase, Andre presented us with his written estimate and it already included the no tax offer.  We were pleased.
Andre called a few days later and said that they would be ready to install the carpeting and mini-blinds.  We delivered the keys to him and explained how to turn off the home's alarm.  On the day they arrived to install, our handyman, a trusted friend, was there to do other work.  He called me later to tell me how professional, efficient and friendly the installers were.
When we visited the property a few days later, we inspected everything and were amazed at the qu ality of the products and the work as performed.  Andre and Felikian's Carpeting are outstanding!

I had a previous cleaner that I had used for 20 years. He retired so I was in the market for a new, local, quality carpet cleaner. I suspect that my previous carpet guy was drastically under charging the going rate. I would use again and recommend even though they were more than double my previous guy. Wonderful all the way around"
