"They do not return calls. We have tried to get a technician back out to the site where they serviced an a/c unit and Adam does not follow through on scheduling. The a/c unit has failed again after only 30 days of service. We paid over $2000 for a repair that didn't fix the problem. We are still waiting for a call back after 5 days."
