"We hired John to draw up our landscape design plans. We live in a HOA community and are required to submit plans for approval before doing any landscaping. John came to the house, walked the property, and then we spoke about how the yard should be laid out, etc. John was extremely helpful in making suggestions that seemed to fit our vision for the yard.
