"System Pavers is HIGHLY motivated and well optimized to make the sale – but they WILL NOT stand behind their “system.” If/when problems develop (even due to their own failures), you are on your own. After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a “design meeting”) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their very large surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a “discount” that magically expired the same day), System Pavers completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2021. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and “crown.” Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. However, when failures continued, they asked us to let the system fail for another year so they would only have to do a major rehabilitation once. When that year elapsed, they were nowhere to be found. Very difficult to get them to come back out. Then, instead of fixing the failed system, they had a soils engineer evaluate. The engineer’s report confirmed they did not properly prepare the subgrade. They recently sent an email essentially saying they didn’t want to keep spending money on their failed system. They also claimed the warrantee would not cover the repairs. They are simply walking away, leaving us with an unsafe, embarrassing backyard and a worthless major investment. What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

"Contractor ruined our kitchen floor because he leveled and installed flooring incorrectly and ultimately had to remove it. He recommended a subcontractor to fix his poor leveling and flooring job but has refused to repay us for the damaged flooring we had to replace and for the work we had to pay the flooring installers to fix his work. We were left with a hole in our kitchen floor for months. The work done was sub par and he never completed the finishing touches he promised. There were also several instances throughout the job when he came by the house without consulting us first."

"Cesar was a real pro! He did a superb job on the giant tiles (2'x4' weighing 35 lbs each!) we used on the shower walls and the bathroom floor. Landscaping to re-grade our backyard drainage, then install an extensive area of pavers, and finally add drip irrigation for our new landscaping. We ended up installing boulder retaining-walls to secure the steep hills in our back yard which slope toward our house. The whole project took about 4.5 weeks of full-time, multi-laborer work. P.M. Landscaping was attentive to detail and asked for input where there were choices to be made. At the end of each day they cleaned up and put their tools aside in one area. We waited several months for them to be able to do our job. The wait was longer than usual due to the COVID19 pandemic slowing paver manufacturing. We are very glad we could wait to get the best!"
