They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."
