"Esau is one man who knows how to handle his business. From the very first follow up call he has been attentive and easy to communicate with. He came by on a Monday afternoon and gave me an estimate for the Power wash work to be done on the side of my house and the patio and other areas near my chimney. A few days later we set up a time and he came to do the work, on time as he had specified. The majority of my patio is covered with pavers and are set loose with a small gap between them. My concern was that the filler would come up during the wash. Esau did an EXCELLENT JOB on the cement work and the pavers. I would strongly recommend him and would most certainly use him again. Thank you for helping us meet our deadline for our event for my daughters Graduation party."

"He was doing great and doing extra things. I paid him 3,200.00 for materials and he said he ordered them in July they were supposed to be delivered 08/02/21. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."

I'm Fernando Palma with Palma's Painting. After I graduated in 2013, I received a call from my former boss to officially start working in his company, I have worked in Painting ever since , doing and focusing in Exterior and Interior Painting . We have done many residential and commercial homes . Although Painting may sound simple enough, there are many steps and ways in getting things applied the right way , for example ; Any trim with Oil paint used in the past, must be sanded and de-glossed before applying Paint again, otherwise paint will just peel and scratch off easily . They did a ton of prep work, including re-caulking, fixing bad wood, sealing minor cracks in the stucco, etc. They painted the entire exterior including our front door and two side doors, and everything was excellent. Our next-door and across-the-street neighbors watched the work and both asked Fernando to give them quotes! I was very pleased and satisfied."
