Lucas Fitch called me within 10 minutes of posting an inquiry on Angi. He came out the next morning, discussed the project in detail, and gave me a written estimate (which was detailed and very reasonable) that same day. The job was completed the next week by two knowledgeable, professional, and friendly technicians. What an impressive company!

We reached out through the Generac website to create an RFP and obtain a list of electrician bidders for our home backup power project in the Lamorinda area. I met with Lucas Fitch and he was extremely professional, collaborative, and very knowledgeable, ticking through the various options and considering my needs and wants when making a recommendation. They quickly provided us with a detailed bid that was price and value competitive. They were able to provide the best generator size for the price to back up our entire house and pool area with an automated system that also included getting a permit from our city. Despite having a robust business pipeline, they were able to schedule us to meet our timing requirements. Their entire team was top notch and professional as well, and they quickly and efficiently got everything done at the budget and timeframe we requested. We could not be happier with the results! We strongly recommend the Fitch team for any back up power needs. If we have other electrical needs in the future, we will work with Fitch again!

It is weeks like this that make me so happy to have had Fitch Electric install a generator at my house. I had them install an EV Generator a few months ago and bit the bullet for the generator knowing this summer would be HOT and PGE would be shutting us down as usual. I only said 4.5/5 on the value only because it's expensive regardless so this isnt a knock on Fitch just the whole generator world and PGE in general. Fitch Electric installed a stand by generator for my home. They were able to get a generator for me within a few weeks. Generac is running 20 weeks behind so I was happy to be able to have it installed much sooner. The process was smooth and professional. They were available to answer any and all questions that I had, so I was very pleased with their service.

I have used them twice. The rates were on par or a little less. I felt safer than finding someone off Craigs List or any name that appeared on a general website. He has done work for low voltage projects I had and high voltage work for me. They were perfect for the jobs I had, I did not have to hire a high priced, high end commercial electrician that is high priced. The quality of the work was good. They were very responsive, the follow up and communication was beyond excellent. I like the notion of supporting the local businesses. I would recommend him to others and I will definitely hire him again.
