The project included removing all existing landscaping, laying new pavers for a patio & walkway, building a pavilion from a kit we had purchased, installing yard and walkway lights, new irrigation, installing some artificial turf and planting all new plants. V&M did a fantastic job. Oscar & his team were here everyday at 8:00 a.m. and had everything cleaned up at 4:00 p.m. Veronica was available to quickly answer all questions I had. Both were onsite everyday to ensure the project stayed on schedule. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping projects you have, large or small."

"Alexia designed a large planter box, which included adding a fountain, trees, plants, succulents, and a rock river bed. She provided us with a 3-D design based on our initial ideas of what we wanted. We fell in love with her rendition. She helped us pick out four large Jasper rocks, one of which we turned into a fountain. She also went with us to several nurseries to help us pick out the flowers, trees, and succulents that we used in the planter box. We absolutely love how the planter box turned out and enjoy sitting on our lounge chairs while listening to the fountain. We are also considering installing an aluminum awning in our backyard so Alexia provided different designs for us to consider for the awning placement. This project is still in process. We love working with Alexia she is passionate about her work and loves helping her clients realize their dreams. We will definitely rehire Alexia in the future should the need arise."

"Ted Young was introduced to me by the realtor who helped us buy a house in Santa Cruz. The house had a storage shed/carport that had been illegally converted into a dwelling unit. It was awful; ugly, in bad repair and nowhere near any building code. We knew it had to go, right down to bare dirt. I met with Ted, showed him some preliminary floor plan ideas I had for the structure. He listened, inquired and showed that he had a keen appreciation for what we wanted to do. He was off to the races. Within a week he had four alternative layouts for us to consider and we quickly chose one. It had an open floor plan with high ceilings in the living area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom and a small workshop. The clean, attractive design melded well with the existing house. And, Ted offered his services at a most reasonable price. Then we began the city approval process. I tested Tedâ s patience by revolting against some of the cityâ s demands for building design and excessive fees. Ted was always there to support me and offer constructive solutions to the issues raised. We met with the Building Department innumerable times over 18 months. We got our permit. Ted was always calm and resourceful. I could not have done it without him. Now the structure is nearing completion. It is wonderful, attractive, functional and elegant inside and out. It is an outstanding addition to the housing in Santa Cruz. I highly recommend Ted for his architectural design talent, his thorough and complete work, his reasonable fees, and his ability to work congenially to overcome obstacles."
