"Jonathan Wais is a true craftsman! As someone who is rather picky with the design of my home interior, I was very particular with much of the furniture that went into my new home. After weeks of searching several furniture stores, I was unable to find multiple wood furniture pieces that aligned with both the dimensions and aesthetic that I was looking for. Since I am not particularly crafty myself, I knew that I would not be able to simply refurbish hand-me-down furniture on my own. Instead, I trusted Jonathan to create and build some of these pieces to perfectly match my vision, and he did not disappoint. Jonathan built me custom nightstands and dressers that fit perfectly in the weird nooks and spaces in our bedroom. He was attentive to the unique dimensions that we needed to maximize space and storage. He also thought of components that would make these pieces more functional and user-friendly for us, such as knob options and a soft close feature. Afterwards, he listened to our desires regarding our ideas on furniture colors, and he explained various wood types and stain color options, an area that Iâ m not educated in. Jonathan listens and is cooperative with your vision, while also offering insight on certain features and components that only an expert in carpentry would know. We receive endless compliments on the nightstand and dressers every time we give a house tour, which ultimately leads to an another referral to Jonathan. I trust him with all of my carpentry needs!"

"I hired this guy because the first HomeAdvisor contractor didn’t bother to show up at all and then call well after the appt time stating he couldn’t make it. As if that wasn’t already obvious. Mark not only was able show up the same day as the other contractor, he put eyes on the work and not just try to do everything via text & photos like the first contractor. We agreed on a price and Mark was able to start work the same day. 4 days later my small fire damaged cabinet doors looked brand new! The ooohs and aaahs I get when I show the before and after speaks for the quantity and craftsmanship. Mark was able to make everything look brand new with ALL the original materials (2 doors and the cabinet frame). That’s the piece that wows everyone - there was no tear down or purchasing of doors/soffit material. I really wish I could show pictures on here so that his work could speak for itself."

"Changed our 1960 kitchen and made it look like a kitchen built in 2020. It really exceeded our expectations. We refaced our kitchen in order to sell our house next year. We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working.
