"Wilfredo Avelar sent two of his handymen to my 2 bdrm/2 bath 1100 sq. ft condo to replace the existing carpet in the entry door closet with left over laminated floor and to install a dead bolt lock in the main entry door and replace the existing door knob with a locking door knob/handle for the adjacent bedroom.  After looking a what needed to be done, they went to buy the quarter-round to close out the floor to wall joint and the locks for the doors.  After cutting and installing the hardwood floor and quarter-round in the closet they painted the quarter round with existing white paint to match the rest of the condo.  Workmanship was sharp and both closet floor and door locks look great. They arrived at about 2 pm and were finished with the work at about 7:00 pm and did a good job cleaning up the work area so I did not have to do any clean up myself.  Cost was less than $400.
