"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

I was sure it would cost an exorbitant amount and the cameras would be difficult to access and view from my phone. I couldn’t have been more wrong. LA Security Cameras was recommended by a neighbor who was happy with his installation. George, the owner of the company; Robert, the head designer; and Louis, the head installer; attended to the installation personally, and could not have been more helpful. Every square inch of my property is now covered inside and out, and the system is a breeze to operate. The other techs who worked on the project, Andy, Georgie, and Jesse, were efficient, polite and neat. They left the site clean and stayed late each of the two days of installation to get the project done on time. After I had a chance to check all the views of the cameras, Georgie returned and adjusted each camera for the perfect angle and showed me numerous useful system features that I could easily manage from my phone. I recommend this company very highly!"

"They system was installed for the basic, but anything that you wanted needed to be higher upgraded require alot of extra money for every upgrade.
 The 36.99 monthly fee was for only if your system is connected to a landline. I didnnt notice that they charge me $44.99 until my 1st month fee. Thats when I was told that they charge $44.99 because the alram was connected to my cable line instead. I was unaware of the different charges. When tec came out he didnt show up to fix the corrected. Had to call the main company for the no show. So they schedule another appointment and offered 2 window alarms to fix the correction but my bill still is $44.99. Default is that since I didnt have extra money to upgrade to the Pulse, you dont know if you turn the alarm to your house properly. I called the 800 number and they cant tell either!
