Completed the job on time, flooring looks wonderful and they even hired a maid as our house was so incredibly dusty as they had to remove tiles prior to installation. "The salesman Luke was very professional. The contractors that were used to install the flooring tried to short cut the installation process towards the end but was caught. If I use Empire Carpet in the future I will be specific in telling the salesman what my expectations are of the installation contractors."
