Ferguson recommended what was best for the climate in my area, even though it was less expensive than the engineered hardwood I originally thought I wanted. "The salesman Luke was very professional. The contractors that were used to install the flooring tried to short cut the installation process towards the end but was caught. If I use Empire Carpet in the future I will be specific in telling the salesman what my expectations are of the installation contractors."
