Ferguson recommended what was best for the climate in my area, even though it was less expensive than the engineered hardwood I originally thought I wanted. They had a big job to do: pulling up all of the old carpet and padding, then getting the new floor down. All the while, they kept me informed of their progress and finished on time and on budget."
