When Dustin explained the last part of the bill ( $700 more for the stainless steel parts, $200 more for the rain gutter and $120 to hang the storm door) the demo paid for his overages. I don't object to paying for the work, but when I get an estimate I assume someone checks on the prices. He also promised to be done by the end of April but ended May 19th. The porch and stairs look good, but I would not hire him again."

He monitored a number of areas around my home and in various places of crawl space for moisture levels. I was reassured when his monitor indicated within normal range. We then addressed seismic retrofitting procedure initiated by me for a potential future project. Leo explained what was involved and answered my questions thoroughly. I noted he is kind, attentive, excellent at clarifying procedures and rates. I inquired about the full scope of his work for future projects for myself and for a friend who is currently desiring to live in this area and will need to have his potential home inspected and assessed thoroughly before purchasing.
