"We are thrilled that our on line search for a pool contractor led us to the BEST….Mel & Echelon Pool &Spa!! His knowledge & expertise were evident from our initial discussion & throughout the project. He quickly assessed the source of multiple calcium deposits throughout our pool. It was, he said & later verified, the result of a previously faulty re-plaster job in which substandard materials were used & old plaster not removed, but plastered over!! This created a separation of the two surfaces which ultimately filled with water & led to disfiguring calcium deposits leaching into the pool. Mel’s knowledgeable & dependable team quickly & efficiently restored our pool to “like new” condition including the addition of a handsome & generous underwater seat in our pool’s deep end, repair & re-grouting of coping tiles as well as those at the water line!
