"We sent her measurements and answered a series of questions regarding the design.  After a couple of weeks, she sent back sketches of the room with her recommended layout and items.  Overall, she was responsive and professional.  It validated my wife's thinking.  Her taste was fairly in line with what we were looking for - we didn't follow her recommendations exactly.  Overall fairly happy with the experience.

Like glass tiles, you will not need to seal most porcelain tiles, particularly if the porcelain is already glazed. It depends on quality. Tiles last for around 100 years or more. Porcelain tiles are denser and stronger than standard ceramic tiles, so they’ll last longer, often pushing past the 100-year mark.
