"Very professional. Completed the job in two weeks. The deliverables were as promised. They were very independent, requiring only minimal involvement from the client. However, communication with the owner could be enhanced a bit."
"I really like and love my kitchen and floor refinishing done by Alfredo, and Emmanuel upstairs. I will gladly recommend Expert Home Builders to my friends and people."
"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week. I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done. If only all builders could be like this. This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project. Yay!"
"After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Landmark Construction (Charlie) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Charlie and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Charlie since I have a very busy schedule and Charlie was always responsive to all my requests. My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Charlie gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Landmark Construction based on my great experience. "
"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging. Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs. "
"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.
I was amazed at just how great the customer service was. I just want to say thank you to the whole team who helped out, I really appreciate all your hard work. Now I know you guys are the ones to call for all future jobs."
"We had a big kitchen remodel with layout changes, so we were a bit nervous at first. Ron made the process a lot easier than expected. He coordinated everything and made sure each step was done properly before moving on. The workmanship is solid, and the finishes look high-end. We?re really happy we chose Ocean Seven Builders!"
"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
"The Vortex system is unmatched in its ability to clean filthy water. Our water has a lot of iron in it and it comes out brown we use Vortex filtration systems to make it clear usable water for our household. I knew Kristin‘s father who was a genius and invented this and she is continuing her fathers business in providing this excellent technology to help people like me with very difficult water."
