"I was not surprised to read and see that Landmark construction energy crew have such an excellent reputation online, as I would also recommend them and their jobs. We hired them to paint the exterior and interior of our house few months ago and they did a remarkable job. The job went on without any problem or issues even though we were not at the house part of the time due to a trip that we went on. The quality of the work that they did get into a minor delay and it took longer than expected, but it was not because of their fault. Before we hired Landmark construction energy crew, we had other contractors in at the same time and they were getting in each other’s way. When the paint project was completed, we were very satisfied with the final results. Our house looks brand new now and we can't say enough good things about how beautiful it came out. Charlie was the nicest and lovely man during the project and he was very in-depth, extremely detail oriented and he didn’t cut corners in any way. Charlie with his workers went above and beyond on our job to make us pleased and we felt like they treated our house as if it was his own. Charlie took pride in the job that they were doing and the final work can show that very clear. It’s sad to mention but those days, it’s very hard to find workers like that anymore. We also were very pleased with Jose (the main painter that ran the show when Charlie was not around). Joe stayed in close contact with Charlie and us as the job developed. "Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."

"I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. "While the contractor was late, he did call. My shower valve only put out hot water. In order to fix it, the entire system had to be replaced. It took a long time, but he was able to do the job without destroying the whole shower wall system. In other words, he took apart and soldered pipes in a 6" circular area. That was great. Shower works fine now. 
He is to come back and install electrical boxes in ceilings of two bedrooms along with fans.

Communication was easy with both him and his wife who primarily does the scheduling.
